I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Audio Salon in Boca Raton. From the moment I walked in, it was clear this is not just a store—it’s a destination for anyone who truly appreciates high-end audio. John Iconomou, the owner, is exceptional. His depth of knowledge, passion for sound, and genuine desire to help customers find the perfect setup really set him apart. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and guided me through options without any pressure—just honest, thoughtful recommendations tailored to my needs. The showroom itself is beautifully curated, with an incredible selection of top-tier equipment, all presented in a way that lets you truly experience the differences in sound quality. Every detail, from acoustics to system matching, is handled with care and expertise. What impressed me most was the level of service. John goes above and beyond to ensure you’re not just satisfied, but thrilled with your purchase. It’s rare to find that combination of professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm in one place. If you’re serious about audio and want a truly personalized, high-quality experience, Audio Salon is second to none. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Audio Salon and specifically John. He is knowledgeable and a straight shooter. Even though I haven't made a purchase from him in a couple of years, he is always happy to give me advice even though there is no purchase in it for the store. I have only had great experiences with John and highly recommend doing business with him.

My experiences with John Iconomou at Audio Salon Boca goes back many years and has been nothing but Excellent! His understanding of equipment and the synergy of components is unparalleled. He clearly first listens to what a customer wants in terms of musicality and then offers without pressure options to consider. John provides superb customer service and from my prospective has transitioned from an audio dealer to a true friend. With John’s help I was able to put together my dream audio system to date. P.S. my name is Andy although this google account appears in my wife’s name. Happy listening!

John is well informed and always patient, no matter how complex or simple my question. My calls are always returned in a timely fashion. John guides me toward equipment that best up grades with my current system. When assembling a new system John is a master at component matching. You seldom discover someone this educated about the Audio Hobby and dedicated to his clients best interest.

Basically all of my equipment is from Audio Salon. VAC pre-amps and amps, analog front end, digital front end and speakers. My last purchase was upgrading my Marantz SACD player to the new Luxman D-07X, and my Aurender ACS-10 to the Aurender N-20. Both equipments are great. Both are considerable upgrades over the Marantz and the older Aurender. John is great. Knowledgeable and accessible. More of an audio consultant than an audio dealer. I’ve been dealing with him for the past 10 years and the experience couldn’t have been better. Highly recommended.
